We collect personal information you voluntarily provide: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and encrypted passwords. We do not collect or store credit card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address and browser characteristics for security and operations.
We process your information to provide and improve our Services, manage your account, respond to inquiries, fulfill orders and payments, protect against fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We may share your data with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (cloud computing, payment processing, AI platforms). We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in connection with a business transfer or as required by law.
Shoreway uses AI technology powered by third-party providers including Google Cloud AI. Your input and output may be processed by these providers to enable AI features. You must not use the AI Products in violation of any AI provider's terms.
We retain your personal information for up to 60 months after account termination, unless a longer period is required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize your information.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You access the Services at your own risk.
We use only strictly necessary cookies — such as keeping you signed in and remembering your session — required for the Services to function. We do not currently use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
